In-Home Experience

We keep things simple, intentional, and centered around your dog’s comfort.

Your dog is welcomed into a calm, structured home environment with individualized attention and a consistent, predictable routine.

We primarily host one family at a time, with occasional accommodations for two carefully matched families to preserve balance and harmony.

There is no overcrowding, no chaos, and no rotation of unfamiliar dogs. Instead, your dog experiences a peaceful, private setting designed for stability, comfort, and elevated care.

All stays take place in Kendall’s private home in Grafton, Massachusetts.

Additional dog (same family): +$20

Late Pick-Up $50

After 12:00 PM: $50 (half-day rate)

Pre-Boarding Private Play Dates

Boarding Approval Requirements

To maintain a safe and calm environment:

Meet & greet required with resident dog, Bentley

Dogs must be friendly, social, and comfortable in a home setting

Must be up to date on vaccinations

Must be spayed or neutered

Must be potty-trained

No marking behavior (diaper wraps required if needed)

A pre-boarding play date may be required for compatibility

Bentley is our sweet resident Yorkie mix and an important part of the home environment. He loves playing with tennis balls, spending time with his dog friends, and relaxing on the couch with his favorite bones or lamb toys. He’s a true cuddle bug with a gentle, loving personality, and brings a calm, friendly energy to every stay.

All meet and greets take place in our securely fenced-in yard, ensuring a safe and relaxed introduction for everyone.

  • We specialize in small dogs, typically weighing 25–30 lbs, including breeds such as Yorkies, Havanese, Doodles, and similar designer breeds. At this time, we do not accept bully breeds. All dogs must be a good fit for a home environment and get along well with our resident dog, Bentley.

  • To maintain a calm and balanced environment, we do not accept dogs with significant behavioral concerns, including reactivity, aggression, or severe separation anxiety. All dogs must be comfortable in a home setting and able to settle independently.

  • Yes, we can administer most oral and topical medications as part of your dog’s routine. Please provide clear instructions before the stay.

  • Pet parents provide all food to ensure consistency with your dog’s regular diet and routine. This helps prevent any digestive upset during their stay.

  • Dogs are fully integrated into a calm home environment and may sleep in a bed, in their crate, or on a dog bed in gated-off hallway areas, depending on owner preference. We aim to maintain your dog’s usual routine, so they feel safe, comfortable, and settled during their stay. If your dog is crate-trained, you are welcome to provide a crate, or one can be provided upon request.

  • Dogs may be left alone for short, reasonable periods depending on the day’s schedule, but never for extended lengths of time. We prioritize a consistent presence and attentive care.

  • Yes, you will receive regular updates and check-ins so you can feel confident and connected while your dog is in our care.
